In short: we use the details you send through our enquiry form or by email only to reply and to do business with you. The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell your information.
Who we are
This website is operated by Shefa Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (registered as Shefa Health Care Private Limited, CIN U25113MH1996PTC102504), with its registered office at G-4/4A, Resource Plaza, Clare Road, Byculla, Mumbai 400008, India. What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, country and the topic of your enquiry.
- Emails. Anything you send to our email addresses.
- Website visits. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to keep the site secure and working.
- Third-party content. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows our locations on embedded Google Maps. When these load, Google receives your IP address, and Google Maps may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
Our website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss products, manufacturing, exports or supply.
- To prepare quotations and carry out any business we agree with you.
- To keep the records required by law.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we will not send you marketing emails without your agreement.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to our sales team's email, which is hosted by our email provider. We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our email, with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities when the law requires it. Our service providers may store data on servers outside India.
Formulations and business information
We treat formulation details and business information you share with us as confidential and use them only to respond to your enquiry. For detailed technical discussions we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to two years and then deleted, or sooner if you ask. Records of business we do together are kept for as long as Indian law requires.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Email sales@shefahealthcare.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is intended for businesses and adults, not for children under 18.
